One Acorn To Lead Diversity and Economic Inclusion Plan for OneSpartanburg, Inc.
Beginning August 1, 2020, under the leadership of Dr. Russell Booker, One Acorn will lead diversity and economic inclusion efforts for OneSpartanburg, Inc. (formerly the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce), implementing a diversity and economic inclusion strategic plan that is currently under development.
“I am proud to announce One Acorn’s upcoming partnership with OneSpartanburg, Inc. as it begins the implementation of a focused diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda grounded in the findings of our county’s Racial Equity Index report,” Booker said.
OneSpartanburg, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization supported through membership investment and strategic partnerships. OneSpartanburg, Inc.’s mission is to enhance the economic vitality and lifestyle environment of Spartanburg County.
