Spartanburg Talent and Retention (STAR) Fellowship Wraps up an Amazing Year!

It was an honor to work with an exceptional group of educators who are dedicated to guiding our next generation of professionals. The STAR Fellowship engaged Career Development Facilitators from all seven school districts to explore the fastest growing industries in Spartanburg County. Armed with this information, counselors use local data, student interests, and student aspirations to carefully engage with students and parents as they navigate career exploration. We are especially excited that our local businesses and nonprofits have agreed to provide internship opportunities, doing their part to develop our local talent.
