2nd Lt. Grant Booker Shares the Inside Scoop on Plebe Summer at the Naval Academy with Grant Vermeer and Academy Insider

If you or anyone you know is preparing or aspiring to attend the Naval Academy, this is a conversation you must watch! There are many steps to take prior to arriving in Annapolis, MD to dawn the doors of the U. S. Naval Academy. From submitting a preliminary application to completing a fitness assessment to securing a nomination and finally receiving an Offer of Appointment, there are lessons to be learned about perseverance and patience. Plebe Summer is only the beginning of a challenging, yet awarding, journey to not only serve our country, but to receive an excellent education. 2ndLt. Grant Booker left for Plebe Summer three weeks after celebrating his graduation from high school with family and friends. Listen to the lessons he learned about leadership and himself in the summer before the start of the 2019-2020 academic year and the lessons he was able to impart as the 1st Session Plebe Summer Regimental Commander for the class of 2027.
